At Oman Botanic Garden, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all visitors, staff, and contractors. We believe that safety is a shared responsibility and strive to apply the highest safety standards across all facilities.
1. Our Commitment
- We follow safety regulations in line with the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism and the occupational health standards of the Sultanate of Oman.
- All staff receive regular training in first aid, evacuation procedures, and emergency response.
2. Visitor Guidelines
We kindly ask all visitors to:
- Follow the instructions of Garden staff at all times.
- Stay on designated visitor paths and avoid entering restricted areas.
- Refrain from touching plants or exhibits unless specifically permitted.
- Immediately report any accident or hazard to the nearest staff member.
- Keep the Garden clean and dispose of waste properly.
3. Emergency Procedures
- Follow safety officers’ directions to the clearly marked safe assembly points.
- Do not use elevators during fire alarms or emergencies.
- Medical and first-aid support is available on-site if required.

الأمن والسلامة
في حديقة النباتات العُمانية، نلتزم بتوفير بيئة آمنة وصحية لجميع الزوار والموظفين والمقاولين. نحن نؤمن بأن السلامة مسؤولية مشتركة، ونسعى إلى تطبيق أعلى معايير الأمن في جميع مرافق الحديقة.
1. التزامنا بالسلامة
- نطبّق إجراءات السلامة بما يتوافق مع لوائح وزارة التراث والسياحة ومعايير الصحة المهنية المعتمدة في سلطنة عُمان.
- يتم تدريب جميع موظفينا بشكل دوري على الإسعافات الأولية، وخطط الإخلاء، واستخدام معدات الطوارئ.
2. إرشادات للزوار
نرجو من جميع الزوار الالتزام بما يلي:
- اتباع تعليمات موظفي الحديقة في جميع الأوقات.
- البقاء في المسارات المحددة للزوار وعدم دخول المناطق غير المصرح بها.
- عدم لمس النباتات أو عينات العرض إلا في المناطق المسموح بها.
- الإبلاغ فورًا عن أي حادث أو خطر محتمل لأقرب موظف.
- الحفاظ على النظافة العامة وعدم ترك النفايات في الممرات أو المناطق الطبيعية.
3. في حالات الطوارئ
- اتبع تعليمات موظفي السلامة للوصول إلى نقاط التجمع الآمنة المحددة في اللوحات الإرشادية.
- لا تستخدم المصاعد أثناء الحرائق أو الانذارات الطارئة.
- ستتوفر المساعدة الطبية والإسعافية داخل الموقع في حال الحاجة.
